Passed peacefully on June 6, 2018 at the age of 77 years at Princess Margaret Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved mother Elizabeth in 2014, Frank leaves behind his loving wife Krystyna, his son Paul Jordan (Shannon), his step-children Stephen (Meredith), Justin, Laura (Matteo), Matthew (Alessandro), Jessica (Kyle), and their children Jackson, Benjamin, Mary, Olivia, and Luca. Frank was looking forward to welcoming his first granddaughter in November.

Frank was a ‘professional charmer’ and well loved by the people he interacted with. An employee of Air Canada for over 30 years, he made many friends there, as well as with his jewellery business. He had no need for advertising; word of mouth was enough to bring people to Frank’s door once, but it was his personality that kept them coming back. A natural salesman, Frank liked to say he could ‘sell ice to an Eskimo’. His family always told him that he should have been a radio announcer with his powerful, distinctive voice. Had Frank gone down that path he surely would have loved to announce for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He was a sports man, enjoying it all, but ‘his boys’ held a special place in his heart and he was a diehard fan right until the end.

His work with Air Canada allowed Frank to travel often, and he loved to see the world with his wife at his side. Krystyna and Frank were due to travel with Frank’s cousin Agnes (Edwin) in June, and as much as he wanted to be on that ship, he was forced to cancel their plane tickets a week before his death.
His body didn’t make it, the cruise left port in Barcelona the same day that Frank died, but his family knows where his spirit is; he went sailing, taking a voyage all his own.

Friends and family will be received at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705). Visitation will be held from 4 – 5 p.m. on Friday June 15, 2018 with a service to follow at 5:00 p.m. There will be a time of fellowship following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital. Messages of condolence may be left at
