William (Bill) Wilford

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Bill on September 17, 2008, his 53rd Wedding Anniversary with Flo, at Toronto Grace Hospital at the age of 83. Bill was a long time employee of Harper Detroit Diesel and long time member of Alderwood United Church. Much loved husband of Flo. Loving dad of Bob (Dianne), Dave (Corinne), Suzanne (Luke) Shier and Ruth. Devoted grampa of Jason, Adam, Max and Felix. Much adored brother of Jean, Marjorie, Helen, Jim, Marilyn and the late Jack. Friends & family will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Friday from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at Alderwood United Church (44 Delma Drive) at 12pm. Interment on Monday at 11am at Springcreek Cemetery (1390 Clarkson Rd., Mississauga).
