Teofil (Ted) Jucha
(July 24, 1921 – October 4, 2008) Passed
away peacefully, surrounded by family on October
4, 2008 at Credit Valley Hospital at the age
of 87. Predeceased by his lifelong best friend
Kazimierz Wozniak. Survived by his relatives
Janet Wozniak, Richard and Susan and their children
David and Jonathan Wozniak. Sadly missed by
his God-daughter Barbara Krywon and her husband
Andre. Teofil was a Polish Army Veteran of WWII.
He was employed at Campbell’s Soup Co.,
in Toronto for 36 years. He enjoyed living the
last few years at Wawel Villa Seniors Centre,
in Clarkson. Friends will be received at the
Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W.
(between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th
St., 416-259-3705) on Wednesday from 2 to 4pm
& 7 to 9pm. Prayers at 8:15pm. Funeral Mass
at St. Casimir’s Catholic Church (156
Roncesvalles Ave., Toronto) at 10:15am on Thursday,
October 9, 2008. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
