Robert Gordon Hewlett

Proudly served the Lakeshore for 45 years at Hewlett Bro’s Shell Station, peacefully passed away August 8, 2007 in Burlington. Loving husband of Lillian (nee Moore). Beloved brother of Glen (Janet) and Marion (Al Lockinton). Cherished father of Robert (Rob) and Brenda, William (Bill) companion Jennifer, and daughter Karen. “Papa” of Laurie, Christine, Gordon, Emily, Victoria (Tory). “Step Papa” of 6 step grandchild. “Great Papa” to 8 great grandchildren. Son in Law of Jessie Moore, brother in law of Fred Moore (Marilynn). Robert will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Thursday August 9 2007 from 6pm to 9pm. and Friday from 10am to 11:30am. A Celebration of Life will take place in the chapel Friday at 11:30. Interment Glendale Memorial Gardens. Donations would be appreciated to the Parkinson’s Society of Canada and the Wellness House Burlington.
