Peacefully on Saturday, 31 March 2007 at Toronto Grace Hospital in his 84th year. Loving husband of Hedvika for 51 years. Dear Dad of Darinka (John) and Irma (Jean). Proud Grandpa/Nono of Mark, Jason, Tanya and Lindsay. Beloved brother of Joe in Australia and Slavka in Slovenija. Fondly remembered by many family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church (739 Brown’s Line in Etobicoke) at 10 a.m. Interment at Assumption Cemetery. If desired, donations in Leo’s memory may be made to Dom Lipa Slovenian Nursing Home.
