Jessica Ann Christopher

It is with deep sadness that her family announces the death of Jessica Ann Christopher aged 16. Suddenly, due to an asthmatic complication, on Friday July 27, 2007 at William Osler Hospital, Etobicoke. Beloved daughter of Ken Christopher and Mary-Lou Edmonds. Dear sister of Kenny and Joey. Cherished granddaughter of Joe & Louise (nee Babineau) Christopher of Thornbury, Ontario and Elsie Edmonds and the late Robert Edmonds of Hamilton, Ontario. Survived by aunts and uncles - especially “Aunt Dede” Jean (McGovern) & Gary Deland and Roberta “Buba” (Edmonds) & Rick Cantone, as well as Barb (Grix) & Marcel Paquette, John & Dawn-Marie McGovern; Robert & Cheryl Edmonds. She will be sadly missed by numerous cousins, schoolmates as well as many Internet chat friends. Jessica’s lasting legacy is that many of her vital organs were donated to give others the chance of a better quality of life. The family will receive friends at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd West., Toronto (between Islington and Kipling Avenues) on Thursday August 2nd from 4 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to a society that assists with the care of animals.
