Eddie O’Brien

It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of Eddie O’Brien. Born Mullinahane County, Tipperay, Ireland. Retiree of the TTC, and awarded safe driving employee of 33 years with the TTC. Eddie is survived by his partner and close friend Maureen Newby, daughters Maureen and Shilene, his sister Mary (Jim) Kelly-England, Brothers Paddy (Joan)-Ireland, Jim (Kathleen)-Toronto and predeceased by his brother Simon (Sadie)-Ireland, many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Friday from 10:30 until time of Memorial Service at 11 am in the Chapel.
