Ed Hester (Edgar Neil)

Edgar’s family is deeply saddened to announce his death on June 25, 2007 at the age of 88. Beloved son of the late Lloyd and Florence (Hope) Hester (Arthur) and cherished husband of Jean (Junke). Loving Dad to “the boys”, Bill and his wife Sue, Glen and his wife Mary, Neil and his wife Vicky. Very proud Grandpa of Ian (Kealey), Barry (Lisa), Ken (Liane), Brian Robert, and Kim. He served with the RCAF overseas in England, was a valued Zurich Insurance Company employee for 44 years, and will be missed by friends in the Greenbush Hunt Club. A service will be held at the Church of the Atonement (256 Sheldon Ave., Toronto, M8W 4X8) at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday June 28, followed by a private family burial in Mount Pleasant, Brantford Township. The family wishes to thank the caring staff of the McCall Centre for helping us through our last year with Edgar.
