Claire Elizabeth Lamb

Precious four year old daughter of Steven and Deborah Lamb, (nee Brooks) Etobicoke, sister and best friend to Jessica and baby Jacob. Claire passed away peacefully in her mother’s arms at home 10:15 am Monday, November 5th after a 14 month battle with Leukemia. Claire will be missed deeply by great grandparents Carl and Mary Gerber; Glencoe, Stuart and Muriel Brooks, Ridgetown; and Gladys Mackay, England; as well as Grandparents, Tom and Eleanor Brooks, Kitchener and Carol Mackay, Toronto. Predeceased by her Grandpa Brian Lamb and her Uncle Jeffery Brooks. Claire will be missed by her Aunt Angela and husband Daryl Rideout, Toronto; Auntie Deborah and husband Kelly McKinney, Belleville; Auntie Karen and husband Russell Olivarez, Hawaii. Claire was loved by many special cousins including Alex, Hanna, Harry, Piper, Cassandra, Calvin and Wyatt. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Wednesday, November 7th from 7-9 pm and Thursday, November 8th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, November 9th at Our Lady of Sorrows, (3055 Bloor St. West, Etobicoke) at 11 am. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery, (2845 Bloor St. West, at Prince Edward Dr, Etobicoke). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada or the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation.
