Averil Ruth Perrin (nee Irwin)

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Averil peacefully passed away on Friday May 2, 2008, at Lakeshore Lodge in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband James George Perrin, sisters Jean and Doreen, and grandson Gregory. Cherished mother of Jim, Jacquie and Philip (Jane Becker). Grandmother of Lindsey. Averil was a volunteer at Soldier’s Memorial Hospital, the Orillia Cancer Society, and Trillium Home. Many thanks to the nursing staff and caregivers at Lakeshore Lodge for their care and support. A private cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Lakeshore Lodge (3197 Lakeshore Blvd. West, Toronto M8V 3X5).
